It can be tied in multiple ways such as straight down or criss-crossed in back, and number of twists at neck can be customized for maximum comfort. The high-waisted skirt of the Emma is based on our bestselling tiered style Brenda, with lots of flounce to dance the night away. Cream crocheted lace adorns the edges of each tier for a delicate detailed finish
