If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered the $200 box, which was supposed to contain $1000 worth of merchandise. I received 2 items - poorly made, flimsy, and not even worth $50 apiece in my opinion. I requested to send the items back for a refund and was told my request would need “manual review.” I’m still waiting on a response but wanted to warn anyone considering the item. Save your money and time.

I got two calypso Saint Bart items, the rest will be collaboration/knock offs. The ones they are pictured they are cheap and I guarantee you they made money on this because I paid $450 for the surprise box it was supposed to be $1500 worth of merchandise it was far from that.
I contacted the company and they’re hiding behind the no refund policy. I just actually wanted the things I paid for Not some cheap knock off.
So buyer beware. I wouldn’t trust them or use them again

I can’t imagine single person who would have enjoyed or looked good in the items I was sent. Weird cut outs for all the items in unflattering places. Very nonstandard sizing. I am a classic 12/14 XL. Somehow these pieces had too long arms, too short skirts, weirdly long/short torsos. Every single item is going to Goodwill. Lesson learned. Don’t bother with these “mystery boxes”!

My “summer box” was almost all long sleeve clothing and even some sweaters, with one bathing suit and shorts mixed in. I also don’t believe that these items retail for $500. Terrible.
I took a chance on the Summer 2026 Surprise Box for my little one, and I am so incredibly glad I did! I know buying a mystery box can feel like a gamble when it comes to kids' clothes, but this was a total win for me. Every single piece we received is absolutely adorable and fits perfectly into the summer rotation!

The items were all good quality but the styles definitely felt like leftovers - weird color combinations, strange cuts, etc. They also weren't summer clothes which I was expecting! I bought these a size up for my kids to save for next year but there's a bunch of long sleeved dresses and sweaters. I'm not sure if we'll be able to use them because they won't fit this fall / winter and likely will be too small for next. Finally, a 2-3T bikini is incredibly off-putting - I would not include that in a random box. That is a weird choice for most parents for that age. Very disappointing.

Love them! They fit the aesthetic/look I’m going for with my son while also being something comfortable for him to wear. The shirt being low-toxic in terms of the material is chefs 💋.

We love our blanket! The coloring is a little more muted than the photos but it's so classy and will be perfect for the late summer/fall time

Lakeside Mantel Clock - - FINAL SALE One Size
The clock is nice but the finish doesn’t at all resemble the photo from which I made the purchase decision. The photo shows a smooth light gray and the actual clock is a darker gray with heavy wood ring striations. Completely different than what I was going for. Hello garage sale.
Super disappointed with the surprise box. Two of the three pairs I recieved are essentually the same shoe! I know its a mysery box, so it’s a risk you might not like or fit into the shoes, but it feels very cheap to send the same style shoe. I got a black Amaya bootie and a tan Amaya bootie with fringe. Due to the fringe, customer support says it counts as being different shoes….(and this is to say nothing of actually not liking the shoe at all). Two stars because I did like the sandala I received. I will sadly not buy another surprise box.

I like these mystery boxes. I have never owned a pair of Nisolo shoes I didn't like. I will definitely buy a mystery box again if offered.

They did not do anything wrong, but the styles that showed in the picture were very different to what I got in the box. I got 2 dresses. They were not like any of the casual airy style shown as examples, one was a formal long dress and the other a very niche mini dress that did not even fit despite being a medium. I am in my 60’s so not at all to my style. My reccomendation to them if they want to delight is to take age into consideration and not deviate from the styles shown in the sample so radically. I asked for a swap of lower value even but they did not. Having said that it was final sale! End result is I am dussapointed and won’t try again next time.

To be expected I suppose but one of the pair of shoes was solid the other a black tie formal attire slipper for men that’s more or less useless.

Sizing is horrible. The large can barely be considered a size 8. Compared to size 29 jeans in my closet and they were smaller. Cute in person but couldn’t even zip them. Gave them to a smaller friend who could barely even get them over her hips.

I got a really cute pair of sandals like the ones pictured, an adorable pair of derby shoes and a gorgeous of boots. I would absolutely purchase another box if I knew I would get different shoes!! Such a great deal on beautiful, quality, footwear!!

I was happy with my 3 surprise pairs from Nisolo. I received sandals, low heels and booties, all in neutral colors. Shipping was fast.
Pants were sold as made in England or Italy. They were not made in any of those two countries rather, they were made either in Romania or northern Macedonia, returned them both as they were also too big. At least customer service was very helpful. Not the AI customer service.

Pants look lovely, however they are large and are being retutned. But, what really disappointed me was that the posting on manymoons stated these pants were made in England when the tag said made in Roumania.

Amazing deal for three great pairs of shoes! My box included a pair of classic black chelsea boots which alone are worth the cost of the box.
