We do not offer price adjustments on any purchases. Prices are subject to change without notice, and promotional discounts or sale prices cannot be applied retroactively to past orders. All prices listed at the time of purchase are final.

Items that ship from our Third Party Suppliers are excluded from our Free Shipping Over $100. Suppliers may charge additional shipping - rates vary and it will be noted at checkout.
Heavy & Bulk items are also excluded from our Free Shipping Over $100. In addition, flat shipping rates are not available for heavy, bulk pieces (i.e.furniture, home goods and select toys). Due to their size and weight, shipping costs for these items are calculated at checkout.

Every product has a life beyond its first use. By giving back items, you help extend their lifespan, reduce the need for new resources, and support a circular economy that values reuse over waste. Return your items purchased from Manymoons in sellable condition and receive 20% of the purchase price paid as Give Back credit.
Your credits never expire!
Our goal is to make participating in our Give Back program easy and convenient, therefore we do not charge a shipping fee for Give Back returns.
Yes! Just create your account and follow the return instructions. We will need some information from you in order to find the original purchase. The name of the person who gave you the gift will work! If you have any questions you can Contact Us or email our Customer Service Team directly at contact@manymoons.com.
To receive your Give Back credits you first need to create an account (if you don't already have one). Once your items are received at our warehouse, they will be inspected and credits will be issued if the items are in saleable condition. Once our warehouse receives your items, please allow 5-7 days for processing.
No! Your credits never expire.
We think of our Give Back credit program as a lifetime credit, so there is no time limit. You can return for Give Back credits anytime 30 days after purchase.
No. We only accept items that have been purchase from Manymoons.
Our goal is to keep items in circulation as long as possible. We appreciate you taking good care of items so they can be enjoyed by future families… but we understand it happens, especially with little ones. You should still return those items to us, but if they are not in saleable condition you will not receive Give Back credits.
