All Pre-Loved/Resale come to us from our customers. Resale garments are inspected and cleaned with water based, non-toxic cleaning agents, certifyied to our new-like quality standard.

Rescues are new with tags, and are past season goods. They are available for our Give Back program, and are sourced from our brand partners, who are carefully selected for their approach to sustainable and ethical manufacture.

Purchasing either Resale or Rescue is contributing to our circular mission, keeping apparel out of the landfills.

Circular retail describes retail that is dedicated to generating less waste overall, by creating quality goods, using and reusing the goods as much as possible and retiring them in a sustainable manner (composting in the case of apparel) at the end of their useful life.

We carefully select our brand partners to match our standards for their commitments to supporting sustainable products and ethical manufacture.

Commercial composting and recycling manage the end of life of all of our products. A detailed breakdown of each product's makeup is recorded within our systems during the buying process in order for our team to be able to properly sort, breakdown, and manage products at the end of their useful life. We primarily carry products made of mono-materials, such wool, linen, and cotton so that composting and recycling is streamlined.

Our Pre-Loved Promise is that we are committed to keeping products in use as long as possible. Each returned item is meticulously cleaned using UVC light and non-toxic detergents. Our detergents are approved for sensitive skin and have "A ratings" from the Environmental Working Group. Every item that is returned to us must meet our "like new" quality standards in order to be re-sold. When we can't do this, we know it's time to close the loop and compost and recycle items to return them back to the earth.

The most sustainable products are natural, mono-materials such as linen, cotton and wool that can most easily be broken down in a commercial composting environment. We record each product's makeup within our systems during the buying process in order for our team to be able to easily manage, sort and breakdown products at the end of their useful life. Metal zippers, buttons and other non-compostable items are separated and recycled.

In order to be eligible for our Give Back program, we ask that you create an account. When you create your account you will immediately be able to participate in all the perks and benefits that make being a part of the Manymoons community so special! Your account is always secure and the information you provide will only be accessible by you.

Effective January 1st you can return unworn items up to 14 days after you receive your order. Please visit our returns page for details.

Items that ship from our Third Party Suppliers are excluded from our Free Shipping Over $100. Suppliers may charge additional Shipping, and it will be noted at checkout.

Give Back Program

We reward conscious shopping! You will receive a 20% Give Back Credit based on the value of the original purchase price paid, when you Give Back the items you've purchased (not rentals) in saleable condition. Once your items are received at our warehouse, they will be inspected and credits will be issued to your account if the items are in saleable condition. Give Backs are currently available in the US only.

Our goal is to make participating in our Give Back program easy and convenient, therefore we do not charge a shipping fee for Give Back returns.

Yes! Just create your account and follow the return instructions. We will need some information from you in order to find the original purchase. The name of the person who gave you the gift will work! If you have any questions you can Contact Us or email our Customer Service Team directly at contact@manymoons.com.

To receive your Give Back credits you first need to create an account (if you don't already have one). Once your items are received at our warehouse, they will be inspected and credits will be issued if the items are in saleable condition. Once our warehouse receives your items, please allow 5-7 days for processing.

Our circular mission is focused on keeping items in use for as long as possible, ensuring they are properly managed through to end of life. Every item that is “given back” is carefully inspected for damages, laundered and mended before being placed into our preloved program. We guarantee that preloved items are in like new condition that you will be proud to have your family enjoy. For any item you return that is not in saleable condition, we will ensure proper recycling and/or composting - keeping items out of landfills.

No! Your credits never expire.

We think of our Give Back credit program as a lifetime credit, so there is no time limit. You can return for Give Back credits anytime 30 days after purchase.

No. We only accept items that have been purchase from Manymoons.

Our goal is to keep items in circulation as long as possible. We appreciate you taking good care of items so they can be enjoyed by future families… but we understand it happens, especially with little ones. You should still return those items to us, but if they are not in saleable condition you will not receive Give Back credits.

Renting

It's easy! Just create an account, select the items you love from our rental site and add them to your cart. You can rent for a minimum of 2 months or longer, it can be a mix of new and pre-loved items and the more you rent the better it gets! You'll never pay more than the retail value of the item.

Currently we offer rentals on all categories except apothecary. Start browsing in the rental section of our site to see items that are currently available.

Yes! We're proud to offer both new and pre-loved items for rent.

Our goal is to keep items in circulation as long as possible. We appreciate you taking good care of items so they can be enjoyed by future families... but we understand it happens, especially with little ones. You should still return those items to us and we will properly manage their end of life.

New Manymoons customers can enjoy renting up to 7 items at one time. As you continue to participate in our program, the number of items available to rent at one time will increase for you. Check out our Rental Program to learn more.

We’re happy to provide a 5-day window from the time your product arrives, for you to postmark your intended rental return for a full refund - at which point your first month rent will be refunded. If your items are postmarked outside of the 5-day period, the first month’s rental fee will not be refunded.

When you’re ready to return your rental items just visit your closet to select your items and start your Give Back. Be sure your rental returns are scanned by USPS before your renewal date to avoid next month’s fee. We are unable to refund monthly charges for carrier scans after the renewal date.
