SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer free shipping for orders over $100 within the Continental United States. We currently offer standard shipping and use USPS as our primary carrier. We work hard to process all orders within 24hrs of receipt. Please note: customer orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Our standard shipping rate is $9 for all orders up to $100. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • It generally takes us 1-2 business days to pack and ship your order
  • Delivery timing will vary based on where we are shipping to, but most orders should be received in 3-5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday
  • Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days
  • All orders ship from our warehouse in NJ
  • Your order may ship from multiple locations if all items are not in stock at our warehouse. 

EXPRRESS SHIPPING

  • We offer 1 and 2 day Express shipping from UPS in the continental US.
  • Under Shipping options in the cart, you can choose standard USPS, 1 Day UPS or 2 Day UPS.
  • Orders placed by 3 PM EST M - F will be delivered 2 business days later for an extra $19.
  • Orders placed by 3 PM EST M - F will be delivered 1 business day later for an extra $28.
  • Not all items are eligible for this service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Fees and Duties are calculated based on Country of Origin and Carrier rates.
  • Buyer is responsible for paying taxes and duties based on country of origin and shipping rates.
  • Delivery time varies based on carrier selection, and which country it is being shipped too. Typical time frame is 1-10 business days when shipping with USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
  • We do not accept returns or givebacks outside of the US.

THIRD-PARTY DROP SHIPPING

  • Use of Third-Party Drop Shipping Providers
    We work with trusted third-party suppliers and drop shipping partners to fulfill and deliver certain products. This allows us to offer a wider range of items and efficient delivery services.
  • Order Processing and Fulfillment
    Orders fulfilled via third-party drop shippers may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout and are subject to change based on the supplier’s fulfillment schedule.
  • Shipping Times and Delays
    Shipping times for drop-shipped items may vary depending on the location of the third-party supplier. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier issues or supplier disruptions.
  • Split Shipments
    If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, it may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive tracking information for each shipment once the items are dispatched.
  • Responsibility for Delivery
    Once a drop-shipped order has been handed over to the third-party shipping carrier, the carrier and supplier assume responsibility for delivery. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier.
  • Product Availability and Inventory
    Product availability is subject to the stock levels of our third-party suppliers. In rare cases, items may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and provide options for a refund, store credit, or an alternative item.
  • Return and Exchange Policy
    Items fulfilled through third-party drop shippers may have separate return and exchange requirements. Any return requests for drop-shipped items must be initiated through our customer service team within the specified return window. Please note:
  • Product Quality and Warranty
    We carefully vet our suppliers to ensure product quality; however, all warranties, guarantees, and claims related to drop-shipped products are governed by the supplier's policies. If you experience any issues, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter with the supplier.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for international orders)
    For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees as required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Limitations of Liability
    By purchasing items fulfilled via third-party drop shipping, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any delays, errors, or damages caused by the third-party supplier or shipping carrier.
