Returns & Exchanges
It's important to all of us at Manymoons that you love your purchase! If, for any reason, you're unhappy with your purchase, we welcome returns and exchanges both online and in our stores.
Effective January 1st 2025 items may be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment within 14 days once you receive your order, accompanied with your receipt. Purchases being returned without a receipt will receive a 20% Give Back Credit based on the value of the original purchase price paid. We welcome gift returns within 60 days of the purchase date for a merchandise credit, accompanied with your gift receipt.
All returns must be in unwashed, unworn condition with all tags intact and attached. Clothing sets, toys, and accessories must include all related parts and pieces. For resale item returns, product must follow same as above and be unworn, like-new condition.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR GIVE BACKS OUTSIDE OF THE US. ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Price adjustments are not offered after 30 days of purchase. *Excludes Flash Sale Promotions.
All returns shipped back to our warehouse will incur a $10 returns processing fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To start an online return Contact Us or email customerservice@manymoons.com or find a store near you.
FAQs
You can return most purchases within 30-days of the purchase date or 60-days of the purchase date for a gift return.
Gift cards, Final Sale or items shipped outside of the US are not returnable. Additionally, any item that has been worn, washed, or does not have tags intact and attached cannot be returned for a full refund. These items will be eligible for a Give Back Credit.
To start your online return, email contact@manymoons.com. There is a $10 returns processing fee for all returns shipped back to our warehouse. You can return your purchase for free to our stores. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
No worries! Hopefully you have created an account which provides both you and our team visibility to your purchases. If you don't have an account, we will make every effort to locate your purchase in our system. Your name, email, date and location of your purchase will be helpful. If we are unable to locate your transaction you will still be eligible to receive Give Back Credit worth 20% of the value of the items at the time of the return. Give Back value may vary based on the product category.

We're happy to accept your gift return (even if unaccompanied with a gift receipt) if you can provide the purchaser name and/or email address used to make the original purchase. We will make every effort to locate the purchase in our system. If found, you will receive a merchandise credit worth the original purchase price paid. If we are unable to locate the purchaser information we will provide a 20% Give Back Credit based on the current price.
