This blouse features a smocked cuff band with custom embroidery, side vents, a box pleat on the back, and a sweet bow at the neck. The fabric offers the stretch and recovery of spandex for soft breathability and moisture-wicking smoothness. Designed, smocked, dyed, and sewn in Los Angeles.
