Manymoons Affiliate Program

These terms govern participation in the Manymoons Affiliate Program operated by Manymoons, Co. (Manymoons, we, us or our). "You" means the creator or business participating in the program. By accepting an affiliate offer or participating after receiving these terms, you agree to them. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

1 Shopify Collabs

We use Shopify Collabs for applications, affiliate offers, referral tracking, reporting and commission processing. Your use of Shopify Collabs is also subject to Shopify's applicable terms and community guidelines. Those requirements govern your use of the platform; they do not replace this agreement between you and Manymoons or our responsibility for valid commissions owed to you.

2 Eligibility and enrollment

You must be at least 18 and of legal age to enter a contract where you live, meet Shopify's eligibility requirements, and provide accurate contact, social account and payment information. You must own or be authorized to use the channels through which you promote Manymoons.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Participation begins when you are approved and any required offer acceptance is complete. We may decline applications or end future participation based on brand fit, performance or compliance with these terms. Keep your account information current.

3 Your affiliate offer

Your current Shopify Collabs offer specifies your commission rate, any audience discount, eligible products and applicable program conditions. Offers may differ by creator or campaign. The offer applicable when a qualifying purchase occurs determines its commercial terms.

A separate written campaign agreement controls the matters it expressly addresses. Otherwise, your accepted Collabs offer controls its specific commercial terms, and these terms govern general participation. Nothing here changes Shopify's platform requirements. Changes to future offers do not retroactively reduce valid commissions already earned.

4 Links codes and qualifying purchases

Use only the affiliate links and discount codes assigned to you in your active Collabs offer. A qualifying purchase must involve an eligible product and be attributed to you through Shopify Collabs in accordance with your offer and the applicable tracking rules.

Commission is calculated using the applicable offer and qualifying sales recorded in Collabs. Any attribution window is the one applicable to that offer under Shopify Collabs; these terms do not create an additional tracking period. Discounts, returns, refunds and other eligible order adjustments are reflected in commission calculations under the program.

Keep links intact and check that they lead to the intended destination. Tracking can be affected by customer behavior or technical limitations. Untracked sales do not automatically qualify, but you may contact us with supporting details if you believe a sale or commission was recorded incorrectly.

5 Purchases that do not qualify

Commission is not payable on fraudulent or ineligible transactions, purchases of excluded products, or purchases made by you or on your behalf for your own use. Purchases for resale, artificially generated orders and transactions obtained through prohibited promotional methods also do not qualify.

Canceled or refunded purchases may have their related commissions canceled or adjusted under the applicable offer and Collabs rules. A return or payment dispute may delay review of the affected commission. We will assess adjustments against the affected transaction and the applicable program terms.

6 Payments and taxes

Eligible commissions are processed through Shopify Collabs. Commissions first remain pending during the applicable holding period. After that period, they are billed to Manymoons and become payable through Shopify's creator payout process once the necessary billing and payout requirements are met.

You must activate payouts and complete any required identity, payment and tax information. Payout timing depends on the holding period, merchant billing, Shopify's payout schedule, minimum payable balance and payment-provider processing. Review your Collabs account and Shopify's payment guidance for current requirements.

We remain responsible for valid commissions owed under the program. Suspected errors or ineligible transactions may be reviewed through the applicable Collabs dispute process. Contact us promptly about a discrepancy so we can investigate. You are responsible for your tax reporting and payment obligations; any required collection or withholding will follow applicable law and platform requirements.

7 Responsible promotion

Promote Manymoons honestly and comply with applicable laws, platform rules and Shopify Collabs community guidelines. Describe prices, product condition, discounts and availability accurately. Do not claim personal experience with a product you have not used or promise discounts that your offer does not provide.

You must not:

• Use spam, misleading claims, impersonation, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Create artificial traffic or orders, manipulate referral attribution, or use bots, cookie stuffing or similar deceptive methods.
• Offer cash, rebates, points or other incentives for using your link or code without our written approval.
• Publish your code on coupon, cashback or deal websites, or distribute it through browser extensions, without our written approval.
• Run paid advertising using the Manymoons name or trademarks, bid on our branded search terms, or imply you are an official Manymoons account without our written approval.

8 Affiliate and gifting disclosures

Clearly disclose your relationship with Manymoons whenever you share content that can earn commission or features a product or benefit we provided. Place the disclosure with the endorsement so it is easy to notice and understand. A statement on a profile or separate webpage alone is not enough.

Use plain language appropriate to the relationship, such as explaining that you may earn a commission or that Manymoons provided the product. For videos and Stories, include the disclosure in the content itself. Follow the FTC's endorsement disclosure guidance and other laws applicable to your audience.

9 Gifted products and separate campaigns

Affiliate membership does not guarantee products, gift cards, fees or additional campaigns. Gifted collaborations may be offered separately to selected U.S.-based creators. Any deliverables, deadlines, product allowances and content usage rights will be set out in the applicable offer or written campaign agreement.

Future gifting or campaigns are discretionary and may depend on audience fit, content quality, participation and past performance. Do not use your affiliate link or code to earn commission on your own gifted or personal orders.

10 Brand materials and content rights

While you participate, you may use brand materials we authorize for promoting Manymoons within the scope of your offer. This permission is limited, nonexclusive and revocable. Do not alter our marks in a misleading way or register accounts, domains or other identifiers that impersonate Manymoons.

You must hold the rights and permissions needed for content you create. Ownership, licensing, paid advertising use and other campaign-specific content rights are governed by the applicable written agreement and platform terms. This affiliate agreement alone does not assign ownership of your original content to Manymoons.

11 Privacy and customer relationships

Customers who purchase from Manymoons remain our customers. Our product, shipping, returns and sale policies apply to their orders. You may not promise exceptions, collect payment on our behalf or represent that you can bind Manymoons.

Protect personal information you receive in connection with the program and use it only as lawfully authorized. Our handling of personal information is described in the Manymoons Privacy Policy. Shopify's own privacy terms apply to information it processes through Collabs.

12 Suspension or termination

Either party may end future participation by giving notice. We may also pause or terminate a connection through Collabs for suspected fraud, policy violations or other program concerns, consistent with applicable platform rules.

Once participation ends, stop promoting inactive offers and remove or update affected links, codes and brand materials as appropriate. Gifts or future campaign offers may be withdrawn according to their terms. Ending participation does not, by itself, cancel valid commissions already earned. Accrued commissions remain subject to applicable returns, fraud review, disputes and payment requirements.

13 Earlier GoAffPro participation

New participation in our affiliate program is managed through Shopify Collabs. Use the links and codes assigned to your active Collabs offer. Do not assume that an earlier GoAffPro account, link, code or commission balance has transferred automatically.

Commissions relating to earlier GoAffPro participation are reviewed separately under the terms that applied when they were earned. The move to Collabs does not itself cancel valid amounts previously earned. Contact collabs@manymoons.com with your account email and relevant details for questions about an earlier balance.

14 Program changes and communications

We may update these terms or future program offers. We will identify the effective date of revised terms and communicate material changes through email or Shopify Collabs before they apply to future participation. You may stop participating if you do not accept a change. Valid commissions already earned remain subject to the terms applicable to those transactions.

Program communications may be sent electronically to your account email or through Collabs. Keep your contact details current and review notices relating to your offer, account or commissions.

15 Responsibilities and limitations

You and Manymoons are independent contractors. Participation does not create an employment relationship, agency or joint venture. We do not guarantee a particular level of earnings, sales, availability or future campaign opportunities.

To the extent permitted by law, the program and brand materials are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free tracking. You are responsible for your promotional content and conduct. You agree to indemnify Manymoons against third-party claims and reasonable related costs caused by your unlawful content, infringement of another person's rights or material breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by Manymoons' own misconduct.

To the extent permitted by law, Manymoons is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation, and our aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to commissions paid or payable to you during the preceding twelve months. These limitations do not reduce our obligation to pay valid earned commissions or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

16 Governing law and general terms

Delaware law governs these terms, without applying its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. These terms do not change any enforceable dispute-resolution agreement separately accepted by you and Manymoons or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

These terms, your applicable Collabs offer and any separate written campaign agreement form our agreement for the affiliate program. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your participation without our written consent. Provisions concerning accrued payments, content rights, liability and disputes survive termination as needed to give them effect.
