Questions

Good to know

Still unsure about an item? Write to us at customerservice@manymoons.com.

Can I return an Open Box or Imperfect item?

Yes, unless it's marked Final Sale. Returns follow our standard return policy.

Why is it so much less than retail?

Brands send us overstock and past-season styles they can't sell through their own stores, plus items with opened packaging or small flaws. Pricing them low keeps good clothes in use instead of in storage.

How do I know which condition an item is?

It's listed on the product page.

What does Final Sale mean?

Final Sale items can't be returned or exchanged. It's marked on the product page before you buy.
