Refund policy

It's important to all of us at Manymoons that you love your purchase! If, for any reason, you're unhappy with your purchase, we welcome returns and exchanges both online and in our stores.

Effective January 1st 2025 items may be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment within 14 days from the date of your order received, accompanied with your receipt. Purchases being returned without a receipt will receive a 20% Give Back Credit based on the value of the original purchase price paid. We welcome gift returns within 60 days of the purchase date for a merchandise credit, accompanied with your gift receipt.

For all new and rescue returns, items must be in new, unwashed, unworn condition with all tags intact and attached. Clothing sets, toys, and accessories must include all related parts and pieces. For resale item returns, product must follow same as above and be unworn, like-new condition. For items shipped only in the United States. 

FINAL SALE or items shipped out of the US are not eligible for returns. 

All returns shipped back to our warehouse will incur a $10 returns processing fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To start an online return Contact Us or email customerservice@manymoons.com.
