Like the title says, I think this runs very small. The type of weave doesn't allow for any stretch. I bought the size 6-12 months for my almost 6 month old baby but don't know how much wear my baby will get out of this because I find it hard to take on and off. The buttons on the front are hard to work with to get the garment open and there are no snaps on the pants for diaper access. Basically, you have to remove the whole garment to access the diaper. This might be okay for an older child but I don't recommend this for a baby. Also, for sizing, I don't recommend this for babies with longer torso, larger bums, or wears a cloth diaper. On a positive note, I think it breathes very well and might be great during the summer.
