Drop waist blouson silhouette with a comfortable elastic waistband, the perfect cover-up to pack on your next vacation. A feminine flutter sleeve with a floral scalloped edge. We added a 100°Cotton rope drawstring and tassel ties to the V-Nk opening. Designed and sewn in Los Angeles.
