The Olivia Dress is designed for twirling through parties, backyard fun, and everyday adventures. A new spin on the best-selling confetti style, with an upgraded summer sleeve, longer tulle, and the same fun, sweet look everyone loves. It features a 4-layer tulle skirt with confetti-style embellishments over a soft, solid polyester underlayer, attached to a cotton bodice with a scoop back and tulle ruffle sleeve detail.
