White dial with black Roman numerals, black hour and minute hands, and a polished brass-tone bezel. A clear, lucite back panel allows access to the time setting area. An alternating, revolving gold tone pendulum sits below the dial. An accurate quartz, battery-operated movement plays Westminster melody on the hour without an hour count. Chime on/off switch.
