Great top- too small - frustrated with shipping cost

I love the top and the quality is exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, the sizing runs small, so I needed to exchange or return it.

The shipping policy is what turned a good purchase into a frustrating experience. I paid $10 to ship a $22 shirt. When I started the return, I found out it would cost another $10, leaving me with only about $13 back after spending $32 total. If I wanted to order the correct size, I’d have to pay shipping yet again.

At that point, I’d end up spending around $30 in shipping on a $22 shirt, so I feel stuck keeping something that doesn’t fit.

I understand that not every company offers free shipping, but this policy makes it expensive to buy with confidence, especially when sizing isn’t perfect. I like the top enough that I would have happily exchanged it for a larger size, but the shipping costs make that hard to justify.
