Poor customer service

Ordered a shirt in 3T and got a confusing email that it wasn't available in 2T and would be canceled. They never responded to my two follow-up emails asking for clarification. They still charged me for the other part of the order that I asked to be cancelled, yet the shirt hasn't arrived yet.
