I am a 6-6.5 in shoes. I was directed to size down for this shoe, still I opted for a 6.5 just in case. I have boots from Nisolo that are 6.5 which I wear with thick socks. These huraches are so very tight, and haven't stretched out very much over a four week period. Wearing them for 4-5 hours is painful. I am disappointed in the sizing.
